HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
For making a reservation at Ariyana SmartCondotel Nha Trang, please follow one of 2 options below:
- Option 1: Email reservation.nha@smartcondotel.com or reach us at (+84)258 3552 888. Email should provide information on the guest’s full name, guest’s contact (phone, email), number of rooms, room type, staying date, and special request (if any)
GENERAL POLICY
- Guests are required to present their Vietnamese ID card or passport upon check-in in accordance with local law.
- A damage deposit of VND 500,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- All guests must consent to the hotel’s rules and regulations.
- You are accepting all Hotel’s terms and conditions by booking with us. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change and or modify portions of these terms at any time without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, such changes will become effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically.
CHECK-IN TIME
- 24/7 Front Desk Service
- Check-in time: any time from 02:00 PM
- Check-out: no later than 12:00 noon (mid-day)
- Early check-in before 06:00 or Late check-out before 18:00: surcharge of 50% of the public room rate
- Early check-in after 06:00 or Late check-out after 18:00: surcharge of 100% of public room rate
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please reach us via email reservation.nha@smartcondotel.com or at (+84)258 3552 888 in advance.
